We are thrilled that you will be a part of 1st Annual Hilo Coconut Festival. This year’s Festival will take place Saturday, October 20th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Coconut Island in Hilo Bay. See the bottom of the application for directions to Coconut Island.
This day of celebration will include: delicious traditional dishes, dances, Hawaiian Hula, music, contests, hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and children’s programs. This family friendly event is open to the public and free of charge. Local vendors, businesses, and artists have been invited to participate in this day of cultural diversity, and fun.
The enclosed Vendor Booth Application form is an opportunity to reach consumers who will be interested in your product.
These spaces are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. There are two price levels for vendor booths.
$50.00 Artisans – handicrafts
$75.00 Small businesses & Commercial Business Booth
Click on the Vendor Permit link on the right. Fill out the form, sign it and email back to firstname.lastname@example.org. The vendor permit fee mentioned in the form is included with your vendor booth purchase.
